Biography
Prof. Zou Di is an Associate Professor and the Head of the
Centre for English and Additional Languages
at
Lingnan University, Hong Kong. She gained her PhD in English
from City University of Hong Kong and a TESOL certificate
from Trinity College London. Her research interests
include education technology, language education, computer-assisted language learning, game-based
language learning, and artificial intelligence in language education. She has published a total of 189 research
publications, including 122 journal papers, 3 edited
books, 18 book chapters, 45 conference proceedings
and 2 patents. Among the 122 journal papers, 87 are
SCI/SSCI indexed, appearing in prestigious journals like
Computers & Education,
British Journal of Educational Technology,
Computer Assisted Language Learning,
Language Learning & Technology and Systems.
Her Google Scholar citation count is 6522 (as of July 2024) with an h-index of 40 and an
i10-index of 80. She has been listed among the
World's
Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Her papers in Computers &

She has received the Excellent Paper Award from the International Conference on Blended Learning.

Canada (iCAN), the Silver Medal from the International Innovation and Invention
